Hi! This weekend is the Decatur Book festival and I will be a featured author, speaking on a panel called STRONG WOMEN SURVIVE HISTORY. I'm very excited, and equally nervous about this event. I'm speaking with two fantastic authors Laura Kamoie who co-wrote AMERICA'S FIRST DAUGHTER and Susan Rivers, who wrote THE SECOND MRS HOCKADAY. Both incredible stories, both incredible authors, both incredible women. But what's getting me through my nerves is what's waiting on the other end. After the talk I get to hold in my hands, for the first time, a hardcover edition of THE INDIGO GIRL! I will be signing these for the lucky people attending DBF, and they'll be getting them a full month before release! I don't even have my own copies yet! I guess I'll buy a couple myself :) I have a few appearances coming up to sign The Indigo Girl and do a brief talk. Make sure and check out my MEET ME page to see where I'll be next! With love,
